It's the one behind all the incredible (and even the not-so-great) inventions. It's just a matter of learning to handle it in the best way to use it to the fullest. It's about everything from what words you use, understanding your thoughts, relaxing and focusing in stressful situations, setting sustainable goals, and building new paths in the brain.

How does it work?

We have our meetings online via Zoom or via e-mail, whatever you prefer. It allows you to be anywhere in the world. You get mental training, workbooks, and audio files between our sessions, and we follow up on how it goes and constantly adjust to continue towards your goal.

I chose to get help from Cattis when I noticed that I no longer had any clear goals, which I always had. I also felt that I needed an accountability partner and someone I could talk to without expecting anything in return and someone who could challenge my thoughts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How the coaching works

When you book your first call, you choose which package and payment option suits you best. Then you go on to a booking page where you book a time that suits you. You will then receive an email with a link to our coaching conversation.
We will meet online via the digital platform Zoom. You can easily download the app/program to a computer/phone/tablet. Just click on the link, and you will get the option to download the program.

Or, if you prefer written coaching, we can have our coaching through email. The first coaching session is always via Zoom, but after that, you can choose to get your coaching written in emails.

*V.I.P. Coaching 12 months

We have a coaching session every week, online via Zoom and the session is about 30-45 minutes. Or if you prefer to have your coaching written in emails I can of course provide that too.

The exception is during holidays and public holidays at Christmas, New Year, and Easter.
If you can't come to Stockholm for your IRL full-day coaching workshops, we can easily exchange that to online instead.

Isn't one coaching call enough?

Changing a habit or behavior and really implementing it in your daily life doesn't happen overnight, even with a single coaching session. In order to create a long-term and sustainable change, we need several times together to really make a change.

Who is 1:1 coaching for?

1:1 coaching is for both women and men.
In the 1:1 coaching, I work with both those who live with pain, but also athletes and entrepreneurs/business leaders.

How can I be so broad in my coaching? Because I have worked with all these groups for many years and the brain works the same way, no matter what group you belong to.
