Workshops
Boost your company or team with a lecture or workshop that provides knowledge, inspiration, and tools that will give you long-term sustainable solutions that create increased productivity, profitability, and human sustainability.
Uniquely designed for you
Of course, I design lectures and workshops based on your needs at the moment. Below you can see some examples of lectures that I conduct. My area of expertise is in pain and stress management, mental resilience, and human sustainability.
When your employees are engaged, motivated, and loyal to your company, your business becomes more profitable. That may not sound so difficult.
But how do you take action?
Do you know how many of your employees are living with physical pain? Probably not. It's not something people talk about. One in four people lives with pain in one way or another. Some are often on sick leave, others have more sickness absences where they are not productive which causes a big loss in profitability for the company.
Did you also know that pain is one of the most common root causes of stress, exhaustion, and addictive diseases such as alcohol and drug abuse?
So when you can create better conditions for your employees to prevent pain problems, you also prevent sick leave, absenteeism, loss of production, loss of profitability, and, not least, individual suffering. This is a win-win-win, for the company, for the individual, and for the public treasury.
Online or offline
All lectures and workshops can be conducted digitally or physically on site. It is also possible to combine this, with some physical lectures and some digital.
So we meet where you are, whether it's at the physical venue or digitally via computer, phone, or tablet.
MIND YOUR BRAIN, MASTER THE PAIN
Did you know that you can train your brain to cope with physical pain? I will guide you through mindset, strategies and life hacks so you can take control of your pain and your life again.
This lecture will increase understanding, reduce shame and give both the company and the individual the tools to create a more sustainable daily life, with a lower and more consistent level of pain. Which increases productivity and reduces sickness absence.
The company's sharpest tool
Employees' mental resilience
Learning to manage your brain and recover more quickly and effectively has certainly proved to be a success factor during the pandemic. No wonder. When the US Marine Corps conducted studies on soldiers who had been given work to strengthen their mental resilience before being sent to war, the tests clearly showed that they had a significantly better resilience to process the traumas they had experienced in war-torn areas compared to those who had not been given the opportunity to strengthen their mental resilience.
This is something that you, as a company, can greatly benefit from to help your employees cope with the different situations they face.
